Reviews

“Other Things and Other Poems by Alvin Pang offers an overview of Pang’s poetry from the mid-Nineties until today, showing his development as a poet, as well as the quality and richness he offers to the reader of his works. It is hard to imagine anyone who, in this book, will not find a poem that strikes ones own sensitivity and matches ones taste, whatever this may be. It is easy to get lost inside Pang’s imagination, how his poems are impudently seductive, rich and dangerous. One needs to plunge into Alvin Pang’s poetry all the way, but with caution. With the book in one hand, and a gun in the other.” - Silvestar Vrljić, Croatian poet, publisher and translator
