In this volume, George Watt analyses the works of Robert Yeo, a major voice in the articulation of Singaporean literature - something much needed but curiously avoided by many. Yeo's writings encompass a broad canvas, as he has written some interesting and significant poetry, drama and fiction.

Watt has done a superb job on presenting the subject, who is both a living author and a friend. Such a task requires both the author and the subject to be generous and gracious.
