CHAN WAI HAN, a grandmother of two, has been up to her sleeves with printing ink way back from school days. Though trained as a social worker, her career has revolved around printing, publishing and translation. She has collaborated with others to produce trilingual cartoon strips in English, Chinese and Malay. Writing poems, especially in Cantonese, her mother-tongue, is her way to forging ties with friends. Singing Cantonese opera songs too.
