What currency are the listed prices based on and are there taxes on your goods?
All listed prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
For deliveries within Singapore, all products will be charged at the prevailing Goods and Services Tax rate (currently 7%). The tax amount is applied to the listed prices during checkout.
For exports to international destinations, there will be no taxes charged on products and delivery, so our prices will remain unchanged. However, there may be import taxes implemented by your country’s customs department, which are not within our control. Please note all payable import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the payment methods available?
We accept debit and credit for both local and international orders. If you *must* make payment by some other method, please write to us and we will consider your request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
How much do you charge for shipping?
For orders within Singapore, delivery is free for purchases above S$20!
For international orders, we charge a rate based on weight inclusive of a S$6 handling fee. For orders above 2kg, please contact us for more information.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship via Singapore Post. Please check out this page for important details. We would appreciate your understanding if we are unable to ship everything together in a single parcel due to the physical features of the books.
All international orders will be sent as registered articles provided the service is available for the country of destination. Your package will require a signature on receipt, enhancing the security of your delivery.
We will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the movement of your registered article here.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We aim to send out your order within 2 working days. Please note that we send out all orders by Singpost and will not be able to track local orders.
Shipping for local addresses: 3-14 working days (depending on delays from Singpost)
Shipping for international addresses: 3-14 working days (subject to customs clearances)
I have received a faulty item, how do I go about exchanging it?
We take great care in hand-packing your books and hope this will not happen.
However, in the event that your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us and we will work out a satisfactory solution.
Returns & Refunds?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns and refunds on all orders and sale items, unless a mistake was made on our part.
