DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
No, we run as an online bookstore, but we try to have pop-up sales once or twice a month whenever possible! Follow us on Instagram to be updated on any pop-ups.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE LISTED PRICES BASED ON AND ARE THERE TAXES ON YOUR GOODS?
All listed prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
For deliveries within Singapore, all products and shipping fees will be charged at the prevailing Goods and Services Tax rate (currently 7%). The tax amount is applied to the listed prices during checkout.
For exports to international destinations, there will be no taxes charged on products and delivery, so our prices will remain unchanged. However, there may be import taxes implemented by your country’s customs department, which are not within our control. Please note all payable import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
We accept debit and credit for both local and international orders. If you are having difficulties with either payment method, please write to us and we will consider your request.
WHAT FORMATS ARE YOUR E-BOOKS IN?
We include both ePub and Mobipocket editions in your purchase. They are packaged together and are compatible with all your reading devices. If you read on a Kindle, use the Mobipocket edition; for all other e-readers, use the ePub edition.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Local delivery (Singapore) is free for purchases above S$30! A fee of S$2.80 (excluding GST) applies to orders that are S$30 and under.For international delivery, we charge a rate based on weight and location:
Malaysia & Brunei: S$14 – 32 (calculated at checkout)
Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand): S$16 – 60 (calculated at checkout)
Rest of the World (including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Africa, America, Europe and the Middle East): S$20 – 80 (calculated at checkout)
We understand that shipping can be costly and we constantly endeavour to keep our rates as affordable as we can while covering handling and administrative charges from our delivery partner. Thank you for your understanding and support!
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship via Singapore Post. We would appreciate your understanding if we are unable to ship everything together in a single parcel due to the physical features of the books. There is no tracking available for local shipping.
All international orders will be sent as registered articles provided the service is available for the country of destination. Your package will require a signature on receipt, enhancing the security of your delivery.
We will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the movement of your registered article here.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
We aim to send out your order within 3 business days. We send out all orders by Singpost's letterbox delivery and will not be able to track local orders.
Shipping estimate for local addresses: 5-10 business days (depending on delays from Singpost)
Shipping estimate for international addresses: 5-18 business days (subject to customs clearances)
RETURNS & REFUNDS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns and refunds on all orders and sale items, unless a mistake was made on our part. All e-books sold are strictly non-refundable because of the nature of the product. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, HOW DO I GO ABOUT EXCHANGING IT?
We take great care in hand-packing your books and hope this will not happen.
However, in the event that your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us and we will work out a satisfactory solution.
INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES, WRONG ADDRESSES, UNCLAIMED PARCELS?
Please write to us immediately if you spot an error with your mailing address (within the same day of placing your order) and we would be happy to update it for you.
Mistakes in the mailing address or unclaimed mail would result in failed delivery by Singpost, and we would need to collect an additional shipping and handling charge of S$3 (local mail) or S$14 - $80 (international mail, see rates here) to re-send your order.
Any unclaimed bounced parcels after 1 month will be returned to our main stock and partial refunds will be issued.
