Synopsis

In the works of the young Singaporean writers in this anthology, the young writers expressed the anxieties of being unhomed on different levels—personal, domestic, societal—and through varying modes and genres.

This chapbook is produced as part of LIVEpress, an initiative by Ethos Books to nurture editors, as well as young and/or unpublished writers. The pilot run of LIVEpress was launched from February to June 2015. Young writers were assigned to teacher-mentors who created writing prompts and provided editorial feedback on submissions. Their revised submissions were curated to form this anthology.
